As a ‘natural leader’, you manage your team, consisting of (experienced) operators and (junior) supervisors, in a positive way. You are the link between the employees in the team and the managers. You provide back-up and support to the warehouse manager and you work together with all operational departments.
You keep an eye on the work in our warehouse and ensure that it is carried out as efficiently as possible. That procedures are adhered to and that everything is recorded in the right way. You ensure that the daily KPIs, quality requirements and forecasts are met and are responsible for the associated administration. And that work is done safely. In doing so, you also take a critical look at our processes. If you see opportunities for improvement, you come up with proposals to realize them.
In addition, your tasks will be:
- planning and time tracking of your team, also paying attention to absenteeism, working hours, health and well-being;
- contribute to improvement processes;
- following guidelines regarding CAPAs and 5Cs;
- discuss the performance and development needs of your employees during periodic reviews;
- ensure a good atmosphere in the team.

- a competitive monthly salary, depending on your knowledge and experience, including 8% holiday pay;

- about 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- an excellent knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Office;
- preferably knowledge of Kronos, Qlik and quality systems;
- you are a strong communicator in both the Dutch and English language;
Because our customers entrust us with their valuables, we always ask for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) when selecting new employees.
