What will you be doing?
The latest smartphones, TVs, laptops, tablets…these are just a few examples of the high-tech products that our customers entrust to us in our warehouse. And we are proud of it! As a team we make sure that everything in the warehouse runs smoothly. We work to create a safe and clean working environment. One in which we care for each other and where you can be who you are. Central role
As a reachtruck driver/forklift driver, you are indispensable in the picking, packing and shipping of products for our customers. You steer your forklift truck through our warehouse without any problems. You are not satisfied until all incoming goods are in the right place and the ordered products are on their way to the customer. You always work safely. You even have ideas on how to make things safer, smarter or more fun. And you tell us about them. Because we want you to think along with us.
What do you do?
- You transport incoming products to the right place in our warehouse.
- You prepare products that have been ordered today for shipping. That way they can be delivered tomorrow.
- You make sure that all relevant administration is up-to-date.
- You help with other warehouse activities such as cleaning and maintaining the forklift truck.

In addition, we offer you:
- A competitive monthly salary, depending on your knowledge and experience, including 8% vacation pay;
- We believe in a good work-life balance. The choice is yours whether you want to work in two or three shifts or prefer to work a day shift. You can also work part-time;
- Travel allowance of € 0,21 per km;
- Good pension provision;
- 24 to 28 vacation days (based on age) + 3.5 ATV days based on a 40-hour work week;
A contract for an indefinite period after 12 months if we are both satisfied.
What we ask of you:
- Demonstrable experience as a reachtruck driver/forklift driver;
- A valid forklift certificate;
- Willingness to work in a two or three shift system;
- You have a good command of the Dutch language or are willing to learn Dutch through the syncreon academy. Preferably you also have a basic knowledge of English.

Our customers trust us with their valuable goods. That is why we always ask for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
Are you the digital driver we’re looking for?
We really work together at syncreon. That’s why it’s important that you are full of team spirit. As well as being handy with your forklift, you also have experience with digital data processing and don’t fear computers. You go for it and work hard, but always safely. Safety comes first for us!
